Patricia Junco

Patrícia Junco has proudly been part of Whitespot Janitorial Services Ltd. since 2012, started off as a cleaner and eventually progressed on to becoming a Certified Supervisor. With many years of experience in the janitorial industry, she possesses a strong understanding of cleaning procedures, safety protocols and effective team leadership. In 2021, she was promoted to the title as Area Manager and in her current capacity, she is striving to do her absolute best to exceed the expectations of clients and the company.

Patricia is encouraged by her three children, grandson and those who she loves. Immigrating to Canada from a small island in Sao Miguel, Patricia has spent many years working exceptionally hard to build a life in Canada for herself and her family. She strongly believes in this quote; “Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do”. Every day, she comes to work with a positive attitude and is ready to conquer whatever challenges may come in her way. This makes her as an incredible employee, contributing to a wonderful team.
