White Spot Management is open to any suggestions and I can freely share my ideas and suggestions. Our supervisor always listens to and resolves any problems or concerns regarding work. I personally feel safe working at WhiteSpot. Company is always ensuring the employee safety at all times. WSJ takes effort in preparing gifts for the staff during occasions like Christmas, Birthdays, Work Anniversaries;. It shows the care and appreciation towards its employees and it brings me joy.
